As a Logistics Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods throughout the supply chain.
You will assist with inventory management, order processing, and coordinating shipments, while providing excellent support to our logistics team.
Key Responsibilities :
Process and track incoming and outgoing shipments.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and order statuses.
Prepare shipping documentation and labels.
Coordinate with carriers and vendors to schedule deliveries.
Assist with inventory audits and stock replenishment.
Communicate with internal teams and customers regarding logistics inquiries.
Support the logistics team with administrative tasks and data entry.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
1-2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software (e.g., WMS, ERP systems).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
