The Customer and Field Solutioning team as part of Commercial Area Solutions Chief Technology Office (CSA CTO) Organization is responsible to unblock Solution Truth for the biggest customer challenges by building prototypes and customer demos for the highest priority customer and field gaps by leveraging architecture, design and engineering capabilities.
Position Description
The Senior Technical Program Manager - Seller AI Experiences will drive the definition of Copilot-based capabilities that boost seller efficiency and effectiveness by bringing business processes and rules-based job aids into the flow of work.
Working closely with design, engineering and business partners, you will prioritize capabilities that save time, reinforce business processes and rules, and improve seller focus on customers and outcomes.
You will partner closely with designers and analysts that inform the approach to these capabilities, as well as with business owners and stakeholders across Microsoft to align the information and business needs to desired seller behavior and experience.
Prioritization and stakeholder alignment are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities
- Leverage engineering roadmaps and business strategy to inform backlog prioritization.
- Drive business strategy alignment and business requirements for net new capabilities.
- Practice good backlog management in partnership with engineering teams.
- Provide regular status and issue resolution content to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Represent the team in launch and landing calls, go-to-market rhythms, and train-the-trainer sessions.
- Maintain awareness of planned product and system roadmaps and technical depth as required to keep roadmap aligned to product and system futures.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in product / technical program management, solutions architecting, or marketing.
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience managing cross-functional and / or cross-team projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience defining and shipping technology products to enterprise customers.
- Experience working with business strategy and engineering leaders.
- Experience creating and delivering demos and content to large audiences.
- Experience in dealing with senior stakeholders with networking and influencing skills.
Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year.
There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
