Job Title : Strategy & Operations Manager

Duties : CoverWallet, Inc., an Aon company, seeks a Strategy & Operations Manager in New York, New York to conduct data analysis.

Lead strategic and operational projects to improve sales performance, drive revenue growth, and increase customer retention.

Develop new economic business models, organizational structures, and strategic annual plans that align with company goals.

Lead business operational performance and targets. Build reports and presentations based on data analytics. Provide structured analyses based on data to recommend changes to the current process or to highlight key issues.

Analyze data using mathematical models and statistical techniques, including modeling in Google Sheets and production of outputs.

Drive forward initiatives for problem resolution, partnership, and resource management. Identify, build, and implement processes by conducting business and system analysis focused on quality improvement and data management.

Analyze data using software including SalesForce, SaaS, SQL, and Business Intelligence tools including Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, and Sisense.

Identify both proactive and reactive improvement opportunities across all departments. Continuously evaluate performance and implement the right execution within the organization.

Recommend solutions to problems through data analysis. Manage projects while working in Agile environments, Confluence, Shortcut, and Jira.

Interpret and forecast market trends through data modeling and analysis. Local telecommuting available 3 days per week. Annual salary : $74,300 - $123,900.

Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, or a related field plus two years of data analysis experience.

• Must have at least two years of experience in each of the following : 1. Building reports and presentations based on data analytics;
• 2. Analyzing data using mathematical models and statistical techniques, including modeling in Google Sheets and production of outputs;
• 3. Analyzing data using software including SalesForce, SaaS, and Business Intelligence tools including Looker Studio and Tableau;

4. Working in Agile environments, Confluence, Shortcut, and Jira; and 5. Interpreting and forecasting market trends through data modeling and analysis.
