FatCats offers family-friendly activities like state-of-the-art movie theaters, arcades, bowling centers, mini-golf, and more.

FatCats operates in three states and is growing rapidly.

Costa Vida was founded in 2003, inspired by the beautiful Mexican Coast and the "Eat Inspired, Live Inspired" lifestyle.

Mission :

The Vice President of Technology at Costa Vida and FatCats will be at the forefront of our digital evolution, leading the charge in crafting and executing technology strategies that foster innovation, enhance customer experiences, and ensure the scalability and security of our IT infrastructure across both brands.

This role is pivotal in driving the growth and long-term success of Costa Vida and Fat Cats.

Expected Outcomes :

• Digital Transformation Leadership : Spearhead a comprehensive digital transformation that significantly enhances operational efficiency and boosts customer satisfaction across both brands within 18 months .
• Robust IT Infrastructure : Establish and uphold a secure, scalable, and resilient IT infrastructure with 99.9% uptime across Costa Vida and FatCats , while maintaining a strong security posture that protects against evolving threats.
• Cross-Functional Innovation : Collaborate closely with the marketing and innovation teams at Costa Vida and FatCats to launch technology-driven customer engagement initiatives that increase retention and elevate digital sales within 9 months.

Core Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the business goals of Costa Vida and FatCats , accelerating digital transformation for both brands.
• Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of a secure, scalable IT infrastructure that supports the growth trajectory of both Costa Vida and FatCats .
• Drive innovation through technology, leading initiatives that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency across both brands.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the technology teams for Costa Vida and FatCats , cultivating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and partners to ensure the successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives for both brands.
• Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect the digital assets of Costa Vida and FatCats.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (required).
• Master's degree (MBA) or related field (preferred).
• 10+ years in technology leadership, with 5+ years in senior management.
• Proven success in digital transformation, ideally in retail or restaurants.
• Extensive experience managing IT infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
• Strong track record of driving innovation and improving customer engagement.
• In-depth knowledge of emerging technologies, data analytics, and digital platforms.
• Experience with IT governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with agile project management.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
