SUMMARY : The Senior Vice President is accountable for regional sales results and connects the company leadership and field distributors (salespeople in our Network Marketing / MLM industry).
You will partner with company leadership to create, direct, and implement the overall region-specific strategies as part of the global whole.
You drive enrollment, support retention, develop leadership, and maintain positive distributor relations. Your region includes Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Ecommerce into China, and Asia market expansion.
RESPONSIBILITIES : Foster lasting relationships with top and new field leadership, develop training, and provide sales tools to help grow their organizations.
Work closely with other regional teams and relevant department heads to increase distributor base, retention, recognition, and improve overall distributor relations.
Accountable for regional results, including planning & market research, sales forecasts & budgeting, and meeting quarterly revenue & profitability targets.
Travel frequently to various areas within region and intermittently outside region.Direct the organization and execution of meetings, presentations, and electronic communication to increase enrollment and provide distributor training and education.
Hire, manage, and train regional and corporate staff. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS : Proven sales track record, effectively motivating others, excellent relationship building, and clear communications skills.
Ability to facilitate feedback, promote cooperation, and identify and solve problems in a timely manner. 10+ years' sales and executive experience in the Network Marketing, Direct Sales, MLM, or similar industry required.
Adept in business strategy, competitive products, and reaching diverse markets.Fluency in business-related English required (verbal, written, comp), fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese or other regional language preferred.
