- Have experience in developing and delivering end-to-end solutions by integrating multiple DevOps tools.
What the role entails (Key Responsibilities)
- Expertise in automating software deployments using tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Python, Ansible, Harness). Extensive experience packaging and delivering software to a production environment.
- Familiar with technology (inputs, outputs, and processing flows) and the ability to communicate that knowledge.
- Experience with software source control tools (Git).
- Experience with Linux shell scripting environments like bash.
- Experience in AWS, Containers, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Write and update automated scripts for installing server software products.
- Configure necessary hardware / virtual machines.
- Deploy code in cloud environments.
- Work with developers and hardware teams to update infrastructure and OS for applications.
- Perform installations and upgrades of server software products.
- Work with developers and infrastructure teams to install or upgrade third-party software.
What we are looking for in you
- Industry certifications such as AWS SysOps admin
- Bachelors Degree in computer science or equivalent skills in the relevant field.
- 3 years Dynamic scripting languages
- 3 years of Deploying software in various operating systems
- 3 years of Linux or other Unix systems administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a sincere passion for getting the job done right.
