Job Overview :
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our Heart & Vascular department. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical setting.
Responsibilities :
- Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage security and telecommunications systems.
- Handle queries and complaints via phone, email, and correspondence.
- Transfer calls and ensure timely message delivery to appropriate staff.
- Manage the availability of meeting rooms.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 1 year of receptionist experience, preferably in a medical background.
- Must have a valid COVID-19 vaccination card.
