Key Responsibilities :

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing the organization and designing its processes and systems.

This includes assessing the business model and its integration with technology, as well as researching, gathering, and synthesizing information.

  • Focuses on owning and driving discussion / workstream with business and other stakeholders
  • Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery team
  • Assist Product Owners with the development and documentation of Epics and Stories
  • Define business process and data flows
  • Assess the scope and impact of system, dependencies and process changes
  • Progress projects to completion in a complex workspace
  • Leverage core technical platform to deliver business functionality
  • Facilitate design sessions with technology teams
  • Design of test strategies including preparing test cases and test plans
  • Work closely with business and technology teams to gather testing requirements
  • Escalation of issues in a timely manner
  • Produce system and process documentation
  • Ensure adherence to audit and operation standards

Basic Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3 years of Business Analyst Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of Excellent technical skills in SQL,
  • Minimum 3 Years of Good Experience in Excel, VBA
  • Associate's degree

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Strong Market Risk, Risk or Front Office experience
  • Strong financial products knowledge
  • Solid understanding of regulatory landscape
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
  • Strong problem solving skills and experience in analyzing large volumes of financial data
  • Ability to effectively communicate within a multi disciplined team and demanding business users
  • Good organization skills with efficient follow ups driving conclusions
  • Experience with SDLC and agile methodologies

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, New York, Maryland or Washington as set forth below.
