We are seeking quality candidates to fill the position of field superintendent to work in Miami-Dade, Palm Beach, & Broward Counties.
This candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
Responsibilities of Construction Superintendent :
- Reading and redlining plans- elevations a plus!
- Scheduling subcontractors to complete the work, verifying the work is complete and accurate
- Attending weekly job site subcontractor meetings & walkthroughs with GC superintendents
- Daily progress reports and labor reports using assigned software programs
- Providing our clients with a finished product on time that meets or exceeds our standards, resulting in long-term relationships
Requirements of Construction Superintendant :
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
- 3-5 years of construction experience
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Must be able to read plans
- Ability to operate Lull, Forklift and / or Bobcat a huge PLUS
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Able to pass a background check and drug test
