Key Responsibilities :
Plan and execute full-funnel Programmatic and Paid Search strategies
Build, manage, and optimize campaigns in Google Ads and Programmatic DSPs
Partner with clients to understand goals and present strategies while analyzing performance data
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Search campaign management
Proficiency with GA4 and GTM
Prior experience with eCommerce clients or conversion-focused accounts
Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
