We are lookingfor someone that is fully knowledgeable of all operational aspects of acommunity. In this role you will support the community in the ExecutiveDirector role managing the management teams, associates, residents and theirfamily members and managing the day to day operations of the community.
Greatunderstanding of state and federal regulations required. The ideal candidatefor us has a great history making sound decisions regarding integrity andoperations critically important to the success of our communities.
We are looking for a leader that is a strategic planner, has anexcellent ability to fiscally manage, supervise and educate.

Job Requirements :
- Travel required 75% of your time
- Possesses the in depth understanding of senior housing
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize demands, lead a team and make decisions
- Possess a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer literate with Word, Excel and online systems
