Job Summary

We are seeking a Supervisor in Safety and Sanitation to ensure the highest standards of health and safety compliance across our venue.

Your primary responsibility will be to safeguard the well-being of our team members, guests, and partners. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a deep commitment to health and safety, equipped to coach, inspect, and maintain rigorous standards across operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coach and guide operational leaders to ensure complete understanding and implementation of safety and sanitation standards.
• Conduct regular team member training sessions to reinforce best practices and address emerging safety concerns.
• Ensure thorough and accurate maintenance of all safety-related records, including temperature logs and inspection reports.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and walkthroughs to identify potential hazards and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Oversee the implementation and execution of safety and sanitation programs in line with company guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Human Resources team to ensure timely completion and tracking of all mandatory safety and sanitation training programs.
• Lead building inspections with the operations team to identify and address any safety risks.
• Serve as the primary contact for Home Office Risk Management, assisting with safety protocols and claims management as needed.

Required Skills & Experience :

• Experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
• Background in health and safety is highly preferred.
• ServSafe certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Passion for promoting safety and sanitation practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
