Job Description
- Lead and manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, from pre-construction planning to project closeout.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and healthcare facility staff, to ensure project success.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, including ICRA guidelines, to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, identifying and addressing any issues or delays as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare facility regulations and guidelines, including ICRA protocols, throughout the construction process.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients, communicating project milestones, challenges, and resolutions effectively.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a focus on healthcare projects.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare facility regulations and guidelines, including ICRA protocols.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification (preferred).
