Description
CHRISTUSSt. Vincent's growing orthopedic team, is seeking a fulltime APCwith 2+ years of experience. This position is clinic based and theprovider will facilitate injections, refer to specialists asneeded, provide consultative evaluation of patients, integrateinput from other physicians and team members to inform diagnosesand treatment programs, assess whether injuries require medication,physical therapy, or a combination of both, guide patients inimproving their physical and mental condition, manage pain, andavoiding future injuries.
The APC will also maintain records inEPIC, identify risk factors for injuries and educate patients onhow to manage overall health, existing injuries, andprevention.

Requirements
