LHH has an immediate search for a Legal Financial Accounting Manager who will oversee the financial operations within the firm, ensuring accurate and timely client accounting and billing.
This role requires a strong background in financial management, exceptional attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of law firm billing practices.

Responsibilities :
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including client billing, accounts receivable, and e-billing.
Develop and implement effective billing processes and procedures to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports and statements.
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to resolve billing issues and discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Manage the budgeting and forecasting process.
Provide financial analysis and support to management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial accounting, ideally with a focus on client billing in a law firm or professional services environment.
Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Strong knowledge of billing practices and procedures within a law firm setting or professional services.
