There is an opportunity for a registered social worker, occupational therapist or mental health nurse to join our busy and dynamic community team.
Working as a care manager you will work with an identified group of clients providing assessment and treatment within an MDT setting as well as working autonomously.
There are opportunities to facilitate groups and clinics as well as training in a variety of talking therapies.

The successful applicant with have a background of working with people who experience severe and enduring mental health issues, be solution focused and enjoy a challenge!
- You must be able to work as part of a team as well as autonomously and have a driving license.
- Will be a registered social worker, occupational therapist or mental health nurse and hold a current annual practicing certificate.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with therapies such as DBT / CBT / ACT will be advantageous
