We need more thana Service Advisor; we need an expert in the art and science ofcustomer service someone who is equally as comfortable greetingcustomers as they are scheduling appointments and acting as aliaison between our customers and our servicetechs.
JobResponsibilities
- Attitudeis everything greet service department customers promptly andcourteously
- Listento each customer and clearly articulate repair needs totechs
- Upsellrecommended / additional services using lowpressure highintegritymethods
- Provideaccurate estimates of repair / maintenancecosts
- Adherenceto dealership policy on customer vehicle care andoperation
- Followup on each repair and keep customers informed ofprogress
- Selland manage extendedwarranties
- Inspectrepair quality and ensure that all work iscomplete
- Notifycustomers when vehicles are ready for pickup
- Reviewand explain repairs and associated costs withcustomers
- Handleminor customer concerns andcomplaints
- KeepService Manager informed of all problems and potentialproblems
- MaintainCustomer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance withdealershipstandards
