A well-known local company is looking for an emerging Culinary Leader to join their team! The Restaurant Sous Chef is responsible for supporting the Executive Chef in delivering high-quality, great-tasting food, and ensuring proper food safety, sanitation processes, and profitability.
The Restaurant Sous Chef contributes to building top-line revenue by delivering a superior team member and guest experience.
Sous Chef Qualifications :
- 2+ years of Experience in scratch kitchen upscale concept
- Understanding of systems, methods, and processes
- Must possess the ability to lead a fun and engaging environment
- Ability to develop team
- Strong passion for culinary excellence, and guest service
- Self Driven ability and desire to keep learning & growing
- Problem-Solving Skills
Sous Chef Responsibilities :
