Job Description
Our client offers in-home medical services, funded by the government, that allows patients to have access to in home health evaluations for medical wellbeing and preventative care.
We are searching for a Project Manager to specifically support on the management and implementation of our HR Information System (HRIS).
The Project Manager will collaborate with Group HR, IT, Finance and other internal departments to implement and maintain appropriate HRIS infrastructure / HR systems.

This role will report to our VP, HR Technology.
3 main projects :
1.Moving all HR data elements from ADP into workday
2.Working with employees internationally to get 6 different systems consolidated into one system Workday
3.Converting 10,000 1099 consultants to full time employees.
have 10000 providers who are 1099s who they can deploy, and they can go to homes and do home evaluations. They work with bcbs, and aetna etc.
gov pays the insurance companies to send signify to homes to check on people. And insurance companies pay signify. They look at preventative healthcare.
They are converting all 10000 to employees.
This pm will create the tracks on how thats going to happen for rest of 49 states.
What will you do?
This key role will collaborate with all HR, Payroll, IT & Administrative teams, in addition to multiple stakeholders and 3rd party vendors.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Lead ongoing evaluations of the human resources landscape and communicate with stakeholders to define requirements to lead the design and implementation of solutions.
Analyze existing human resources processes, identify gaps in current systems, and lead resolution projects.
Assist in other large-scale projects to include analysis of new business requirements, assessment of different methods of approach, and implementation of solutions within the current business system architecture or new SaaS system.
Preferred to have experience in Workday
Apply project management procedures and best practices to HR initiatives.
Responsible for communicating HR system implementation updates throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide crucial project management for the HRIS implementation including activities around planning, delivery, change management, third-party supplier management and reporting to and working with all internal departments.
Compile various status reports which will be distributed to stakeholders as well as to produce management information to inform and influence decision making on the project to meet business needs.
Provide support from a Project Manager perspective and provide communication to end-users.
Running test scripts / scenarios and undertaking User Acceptance Testing.
Support the configuration of packages HR solutions, working alongside the HRIS provider and implementation partners
Create project plans, HRIS system architecture document, and maintain HRIS documentation

Required Skills & Experience
3-4 years of experience in project management in implementation of HRIS system(s)
2-3 years of experience in HRIS & background in HR-related responsibilities
Experience with HRIS systems like Workday, Ultipro and / or ADP.
Experience in project management tools like Smartsheet, Monday, Jira, Trello, etc.
Ability to interpret business requirements and work with the HRIS provider and implementation partners to support decision making
Experience in running test scenarios and User Acceptance Testing is preferred.
Attention to details in terms of data, reporting and systems projects.
Ability to create and communicate milestones for long-term projects and clear measures of success.
Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks with minimal direction.
Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Strong organizational and written skills
