Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Solar Electrical Superintendent (TRAVELING).

Total compensation for the Solar Electrical Superintendent (TRAVELING) is between $100,000-$120,000.

Solar Electrical Superintendent (TRAVELING) Duties & Responsibilities :
- Coordinating, planning, and supervising solar construction projects.
- Responsible for manpower planning, material planning, equipment, temporary power, maintaining the schedule, labor budgets, and documentation of hours worked.
- Coordination of electrical work between different departments and contractors on site.
- Communicate with engineering, estimating, and project management to ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and schedule.
- Resolve issues during construction.
- Ensure all materials, equipment, inspections are available and on schedule.
Solar Electrical Superintendent (TRAVELING) Qualifications :
- Must possess strong leadership abilities.
- 3 years supervisory experience in a solar plant or with heavy industrial construction.
- Self-perform solar construction experience preferred.
- Experience supervising 50 or more employees, planning and scheduling, reading, and working with electrical design drawings, coordination with subcontractors.
- Detail oriented.
- 3-4 Years as General Foreman or 3 years as superintendent in a single discipline on an industrial or solar construction project.
- Experience with Solar projects from 100MW to 550MW.
- Projects located in Southern US
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred but Not Necessary
- College Degree Preferred, not mandatory.
