Londonderry family is seeking a parttime Direct SupportProfessional for their 16yearold autistic daughter.
$17 per hour. Two fivehour days.
The Direct SupportProfessional would supervise outdoor activities take her forwalks / bike rides and assist with personalhygiene.
Experience is a plus but notrequired. Training is available
25hrdays afternoon to early evenings. There is flexibility withspecific hours and days.
Pay isbiweekly through the Moore Center.
Requirements
Education and Experience Bachelor s degree in Human Services (orrelated field) preferred 3 years experience in Human Services field(developmental services preferred) with 1 year supervisoryexperience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and databasesystems Criminal, motor vehicle, and Bureau of Elderly and AdultServices background checks that meet agency standards Provideadequate transportation for clients, which includes having accessto a reliable vehicle, a valid driver s license and maintainingpersonal auto insurance of $100,000 / 300,000 Proven ability to adaptto changing environments, from emotionally charged situations tohighly structured professional settings All staff must adhere tothe NH state law requiring mandated reporting of suspected abuse,neglect, or exploitation.
Additionally, staff are required tomaintain criminal, motor vehicle and Bureau of Elderly and AdultServices record checks that meet agency standards.
Staff are alsorequired to travel and transport clients when applicable. Thisincludes having access to a reliable vehicle, a valid driver slicense and maintaining personal auto insurance of$100,000 / 300,000.
