Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and develop supervisors, production staff and lead hands.
- Ensure proper training and conduct performance evaluations.
- Oversee daily production, ensuring standards and schedules are met.
- Coordinate with Quality Control to maintain product standards.
- Manage equipment repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure safe operations and adherence to safety procedures.
- Develop and implement production standards and SOPs.
- Meet or exceed production efficiency and cost targets.
We are looking for someone with :
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent people management and leadership skills.
- Bilingual in English / Spanish preferred.
- Proficiency in Outlook and Excel.
