"Financial Solutions Consultant - Sage Intacct"
Marcum Technology has an immediate opening for a Financial Solutions Consultant to support and implement Sage Intacct as well as third party applications within our Digital Advisory technology stack .
Must have experience working with Sage Intacct and an accounting background is a plus.
The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong combination of technical, presentation, communication, project management and client / vendor-facing skills.
Responsibilities and Objectives of the Role include
- Assist clients with implementing and configuring Sage Intacct successfully along with other third-party applications that may be a part of the project.
- Work on the project team to deliver successful implementations through the estimated go-live date.
- Train end-users on Sage Intacct.
- Provide support to our clients
- Provide input and contribute to the development of processes and best practices with our team.
- Coordinate with vendors for presale demos and other assistance where applicable
- This role is expected to be 70% billable and will participate in client implementation and support projects for our financial solutions practice.
Required Experience
- 1-2 years of experience working with Sage Intacct as a consultant or user
- 1+ years working in a professional services firm or 3+ years of private industry experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, technical presentation, and organizational skills
- Information Technology experience (Internal IT, Client Facing or Consulting).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience dealing with prospective clients at all levels
- Accounting experience
- Experience working with support ticketing systems such as ConnectWise.
- Information technology consulting, support or training background
