What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Perform business analysis, workflow analysis, and optimization
• Define system scopes and objectives for developing new or improving existing information systems
• Collaborate with others to troubleshoot issues with existing systems
• Stay current with business requirements and needs based on industry trends and changes

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Associate's Degree / Technical school or equivalent
• 2 years of relevant experience in the field
• Experience formulating and defining system scopes and objectives
• Experience in systems development lifecycle, including requirements gathering and design
• Background in healthcare, sciences, or information systems

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• 3 years of relevant experience in the field
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Participant in multiple phases of an integrated system implementation
• Experience in EHR and data analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
