We are currently seeking a Lead Technical Administrator (Microsoft Purview SME) to join our team in Columbia, SC . This position offers a 25% remote work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities :
- Understand the Microsoft 365 (M365) Purview compliance architecture and administration, and data compliance tools implementation
- Define and implement retention policies and retention labels in Microsoft Purview and develop learning materials and procedures for the user and support audience
- Design and build data classification strategies utilizing sensitive information types, manual and automatic labeling across M365 and other endpoints
- Manage the full life cycle of eDiscovery and content search requests
- Ensure the stability and integrity of data, and server services through monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all server infrastructure
Skills & Qualifications :
- 3 years experience with developing compliance solutions using Microsoft 365 apps and services, primarily Purview Information Protection
- 3 years of experience with governance, risk, and compliance sector of Information Security / Cybersecurity
- 2 years of experience with Microsoft Purview or comparable enterprise GRC tool
- Ability to engage diverse audiences of varying technical and non-technical skill levels to generate engagement with those stakeholders and ensure alignment between technical requirements and organizational objectives
- Practical experience with applying Client-200, NIST 800-53, and ISO 27XXX
Education / Certifications :
A bachelor's degree in information technology systems, computer science, or related field and 4 years of experience in information technology systems or related area
The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $110,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
