Position Classification : Part-Time
We are searching for an experienced server to join our team! Looking for someone who is energetic and loves taking care of guests.
We want a detailed oriented person with ability to multitask in a calm and collected manner and who will create a memorable experience for our guests in order to ensure their return.
Required Duties and Responsibilities : Arrives to work on time, well groomed in a clean uniform for every shift Demonstrates a positive attitude at all times, willing to help where needed.
Follows all our safety, sanitation, and employee guidelines. Follows direction from managers and owners in setting up the restaurant for business Maintains a clean work area during the shift Follows our steps of service in exceeding the Guest’s experience
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of POS systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Ability to handle food safely and follow food handling protocols
- Experience with upselling and sales techniques
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Familiarity with food preparation and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Hospitality and guest service mindset
- Excellent time management skills
These qualifications will help ensure success in the role of a Restaurant Server.
