The successful candidate will have a proven track record of adapting and implementing change as well as keen problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate has a desire to learn new aspects of the entire Accounting and Finance function, is self-driven and team-oriented, flexible and enthusiastic, with a positive, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude who can also work independently while participating in ongoing projects within a fast paced and collaborative environment.
The responsibilities of the role include : Enter Vendor Bills and record cash paymentsEnter Customer Invoices and record cash paymentsMonth-end close journal entries and account reconciliationsFollowing-up with customers on overdue Accounts ReceivableAssist FP&A Manager with budget and forecast maintenance and validation on a monthly basisOther ad hoc projects Qualifications : Beginner Microsoft Excel skillsMust have NetSuite experienceWillingness to learn new accounting systems and softwareStrong organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple ongoing projects and tasks simultaneouslyAdaptable with ability to switch tasks based on shifting prioritiesProfessional and effective oral and written communication skillsAbility to interact with employees and vendors in a professional mannerAbility to work independently and with a team, with emphasis on accuracy and timelinessStrong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines required.
