Staff Accountant Opening
Our client is looking for a who will assist in closing the Corporate GL and producing monthly financial statements for the corporate entity.

Responsibilities :
- Prepare general ledger entries and support the monthly close effort
- Assist in preparing the monthly and quarterly combined corporate financial statement
- Perform budget to actual variance analysis
- Review and reconcile development / construction draw activities and record related entries to a general ledger
Ensure all reimbursable expenses are properly billed and collected monthly
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree with an accounting concentration
- Must be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office
- Prior experience with Yardi & SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (Outlooksoft) is a plus but not required
- Detail-oriented with great communication and organizational skills
