Our client is looking for a Staff Accountant who will assist in closing the Corporate GL and producing monthly financial statements for the corporate entity.

S. residential real estate. With over 50 years of experience, the company manages approximately $12.1 billion in real estate assets.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare general ledger entries and support the monthly close effort
• Assist in preparing the monthly and quarterly combined corporate financial statement
• Perform budget to actual variance analysis
• Review and reconcile development / construction draw activities and record related entries to a general ledger

Ensure all reimbursable expenses are properly billed and collected monthly

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree with an accounting concentration
• Must be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office
• Prior experience with Yardi & SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (Outlooksoft) is a plus but not required
• Detail-oriented with great communication and organizational skills
