Position Overview : Our client is looking to hire a Corporate Associate or Counsel for our offices in Stamford, New Haven, or New York.
This position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with top-tier clients and seasoned professionals, contributing to strategic business initiatives and fostering professional growth in a dynamic legal environment.
Qualifications : Minimum 7 years of experience in a law firm environment, specializing in corporate law and transactional work.
Proven track record in drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents. Strong expertise in either M&A or Venture Capital transactions.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in the state of practice (New York preferred).
