Connecting. Growing together.As a Case Manager, you will oversee care management, case management, and utilization review for behavioral health and substance abuse services.
This includes authorizing services, conducting concurrent reviews, and ensuring members receive the appropriate level of care.
Additionally, the role provides care management by reviewing and evaluating both inpatient and outpatient behavioral health treatments to determine medical necessity, emergency status, and quality of care.
Primary Responsibilities : Travel independently for home visits, school, office visits, or other necessary facilities Schedule psychiatric and PCP appointments to maintain compliance with standards Coordinate services within and outside the clinic (counseling, medication management, welfare, vocational services Implement and follow intervention plans written by a therapist Participate in monthly observations and weekly supervision with MHP Supervisor You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
Required Qualifications : High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) Experience with case management or other work in mental health care Access to reliable transportation, as well as a valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor's or master's degree in psychology, counseling, or related field Experience with clients that present with various issues;
