EMARKETER is seeking a Managing Director, New Business Sales to lead a team of new business subscription sales professionals.

The Role & Team :
As a leader in the new business sales organization you will manage a high-performing corporate new business team, achieve your annual goals, and develop your team members through training, coaching and professional development efforts.

Responsibilities
- Hit the numbers. As a manager, you are responsible for your team's success. You will ensure the team meets or exceeds team quota and achieves activity goals.
- Build a strong team. You will manage a team of up to 6 sales professionals. You will be tasked with recruitment and onboarding efforts as well as ongoing evaluation and consistent development.
- Lead by example. You will inspire your team, and always ensure that your actions are aligned with the company and team goals.
- Shape and drive a culture based on performance, teamwork, inclusion, collaboration, accountability and intellectual curiosity.
- Become an expert in digital. Establish proficiency in the overall digital ecosystem and our coverage of it.
Desired Skills & Experience :
- Progressive New Business Sales Leadership experience in the information services, SaaS, or subscription research industry.
- Change management experience and the ability to lead a team through business transformation is highly desirable
- Direct individual contributor sales experience at the enterprise level in the information services, SaaS, or subscription research industry
- Strong business acumen and industry expertise across a variety of sectors including media, adtech, advertising, finance, healthcare, consumer packaged goods is preferred
Salary & Benefits :
- Base salary : $120,000-$150,000 (dependent on skills & experience)
