• Other Details : This is a full-time or part-time CRNA locum opportunity at a hospital-based facility in Colorado, starting ASAP upon credentialing (April / May 2025). The schedule is flexible, offering 5x8s, 4x10s, or 3x12s with no call, and weekend-only options are accepted. The role guarantees 40 hours per week unless time off is requested, and providers will not work on holidays. Pediatric cases are preferred but not required, while GI experience is strongly preferred (GI schedule : Mon-Thurs, 4x10s). The facility handles an average of 25 surgical cases per day, consisting of 80% general, 10% complex vascular, and 10% complex orthopedic procedures. Locums will work at a satellite location across the street alongside a team of 11 anesthesiologists and 28 CRNAs in a care team model (1 : 2 or 1 : 3 supervision ratio). The hospital has 10 operating rooms equipped with GE Carestation 650s and uses the Epic EMR system. Required procedures include general anesthesia for adults, while preferred procedures include spinal anesthesia, neurosurgical cases (spine), complex vascular (excluding open heart), and complex orthopedic cases. Emergency credentialing is available for quick onboarding. Orientation includes a tour and badging on Monday, Epic training on Tuesday, and shadowing from Wednesday to Friday. Applicants must be NBCRNA certified, hold an active Colorado license or IMLC (LOQ in hand), have active BLS certification, disclose Epic experience details, have a clean malpractice / background history, and be COVID vaccinated.
