The Gig

A Product Manager at NCS Chemistry has a pivotal role to lead and drive cross-functional teams to develop and grow our innovative chemical solutions, both current and into the future.

NCS Chemistry is the industry leader in chemical solutions for the vehicle wash industry and is focused on developing differentiated products to help drive the Car Wash industry into future.

This dynamic individual will be responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition of the NCS Chemistry product and program platform.

The Product Manager will need to be laser focused on developing a differentiated product vision that delivers unique value and innovation, leveraging a multi-channel approach to drive diverse revenue streams and maximize profit, while delivering a delightful experience and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Product Strategy & Development : Leverage NCS’s leading chemistry brands (Armor All Professional®, Rain-X®, Black Magic® and Blue Coral®) to create a differentiated product strategy that drives growth and positions NCS as a market leader.
• Voice of the Customer (VOC) : Continuously seek and interpret customer and market feedback, translating insights into business opportunities that enhance our product offerings and meet industry needs.
• Cross-functional Leadership : Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and R&D, to drive new product development, product launch activities, and lifecycle management.
• Program Execution : Work closely with sales and marketing to develop and execute tailored solutions that secure long-term customers, aligning with the broader goals of the business.
• Product Lifecycle Management : Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including financial assessments, pricing, forecasting, product evolution, and end-of-life decisions.
• Roadmap Development : Create and maintain a product roadmap that supports NCS Chemistry’s long-term vision and technological transformation.
• Support for Sales & Marketing : Partner with marketing to develop sales tools, marketing campaigns, field activities, and training to ensure the NCS Chemistry Solutions portfolio is well-positioned in the market.
• Integration Leadership : Support integration efforts for acquisitions, aligning new product lines with NCS brand standards and go-to-market strategies.

What You Need

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects across different stages simultaneously.
• Proven experience prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and deadlines.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to drive projects forward with minimal oversight.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working with sales, marketing, and technical teams.
• Experience in product lifecycle management, from concept to end-of-life.
• Willingness to travel as needed for tradeshows, site visits, and team meetings.
• Experience in chemical solutions or the car wash industry is a plus
• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Chemistry, Operations, Finance, Management or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 year of professional product marketing, product management or technical sales experience.
• Strong Google Suite and MS Office suite skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Product Roadmap and Project Management software experience a plus.
