Overview

The Controller works directly with the CFO to accomplish a variety of tasks and projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Complete bank reconciliations
• Complete daily forecast reporting
• Analyze and manage cash flow
• Analyze and audit payroll reporting
• Analyze historical data to make future financial projections
• Prepare and present reporting to upper management
• Process, prepare, and report on financial statements for Executives, Vendors, and Banking Partners
• Merge data between Point of Sale and Financial Software
• Participate and assist in expense meetings with departmental leaders
• Clearly communicate company objectives between departments while working with them
• Become a "go to" resource for reporting and analytics
• Participate in calls or meetings in place of CFO when need be

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years education in accounting, finance, or related field
• Bachelor's in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
• Strong PC skills including Microsoft outlook and Microsoft Office (heavy focus on Excel)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate and present to members of the leadership team
• Ability to work independently and multi-task
• Ability to think like an owner and offer novel solutions to ever-evolving problems
