Established company is currently hiring an Administrative Assistant. The office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 : 30 a.
m. until 5 : 30 p.m. This is a permanent opportunity with the company. Full benefits are provided after the successful completion of a 90 day probationary period.
The ideal applicant will have previous Administrative or Executive Assistant experience. Applicants with 4 years of recent support experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
This is a professional office with visitors, customers and business partners frequently meeting. This is a busy office that requires individuals to be professional in their attitude, appearance and demeanor at all times.
The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the Office Manager. Coordinate conference rooms, organize social events for office staff, holiday parties, professional achievement recognition, etc.
Oversee and order office supplies. Generate inter department reporting for weekly sales meetings from Excel. Provide backup receptionist support for breaks, absences and vacations.
Additional duties include but are not limited to; data entry on electronic records, customer service as needed, and clerical support.
Requirements
Intermediate computer skills
Advanced Excel skills
Type 35 wpm or greater
Notary stamp is preferred but not required
