Position : Full-Time Medical Assistant OR LPN

Position Summary :

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and organized Medical Assistant OR LPN to support Dr. Swiatek and clinical staff in delivering top-notch spine care services.

The Medical Assistant will play a crucial role in preparing patients for exams, assisting during procedures, and ensuring a seamless clinical experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are fully stocked and sanitized.
  • Obtain patient history and vital signs accurately and document findings.
  • Assist physicians during examinations and minor procedures.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling, updating patient records, and handling phone calls.
  • Coordinate with other departments for diagnostic tests, referrals, and follow-up care.
  • Educate patients on post-procedural care and answer any questions they may have.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred OR LPN, but not mandatory
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a dedication to providing exceptional patient care.
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced clinical environment.
