POSITION : Experience AmbassadorDEPARTMENT : Event ServicesREPORTS TO : Event CoordinatorFLSA STATUS : Hourly / Non-ExemptSummaryASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for an Experience Ambassador for ASM Global / Mercedes-Benz Superdome Smoothie King Center Champions Square.

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesServe as an extension of Event Coordinator in a part time capacity for all appropriate eventsServe as the main point of contact for his / her appropriate gate location during the event door opening processAlways maintain professional demeanor and attireResolve any front of house patron / ticket / building issue throughout the event that requires a management presenceMaintain communication with Event Coordinator during every eventContact appropriate personnel to resolve issues throughout eventCommunicate with other part time team members effectively, including policy and procedure updates when applicableAttend pre-event briefing and make notes of any changes on the information sheetTrack, compile and provide post-event notes for every eventMonitor all front of house areas of the building throughout the eventAll other duties as assignedQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
