The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks.
Responsibilities
- Answer multi-line phone system
- Handle and coordinate active calendars
- Schedule and confirm meetings
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Compile and enter client account data, details, and tasks in CRM
- Manage and resolve client service problems
- Assist advisors and clients accurately and efficiently with account paperwork
- Serve as quality control point to ascertain that all paperwork, policies, and procedures for customer requests have been adhered to in accordance with all compliance requirements
- Support with any administrative tasks, as directed
- Additional projects and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle stress and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent attitude and client service orientation
- Ethical, honest, high level of integrity and confidentiality
- A genuine interest and commitment in serving and caring for other people
- Strong attention to detail with extreme accuracy and high-quality work
- High energy level and comfortable performing multi-faceted projects independently
