Responsibilities :
- Ability to sort / file all documents alphabetically correct daily
- Scanning Documents in Correctly to the EPDS system to the assigned Lot number and, to look up requested documents from customer / sales representative
- Assist with answering phones
- Pulling necessary certs that may not have been uploaded into the system / error or corrupted files
- Ability to push or pull file box on shelves from older files up to 25lbs-30lbs
- Faxing
- Continual walking to the warehouse to collect cert documents.
- Ability to work independently
- Maintain a Tidy desk area
