This reputable firm, seeks an associate attorney to focus on Eminent Domain and general business litigation. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience as a Senior Commercial Attorney and is willing to relocate to Lubbock, TX.
Responsibilities & Requirements of the Senior Commercial Attorney
- Focus on brifing, motion practice, and other litigation support matters
- Excellent writer
- 8-12 years of experience in Eminent Domain
- Licensed to practice law in Texas
