What Will You Do?

As our Marketing and Outreach Coordinator, you will :

• Connect with the Community : Build and maintain relationships with key referral sources, generating new referrals and reconnecting with past clients.
• Champion Our Services : Provide current information on our exceptional home health and hospice services to referral sources.
• Achieve Sales Goals : Work towards individual sales and volume goals set by the Director of Outreach, driving the growth of our programs.
• Facilitate Client Referrals : Coordinate and manage client intake, including pre-admission reviews and obtaining necessary physician orders.
• Address Community Needs : Identify and respond to the needs of community seniors through education and program services.

What Do You Need for This Role?

• Educational Background : Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent, or Registered Nurse / LPN.
• Experience : At least one year of experience in a home health / hospice work environment. Marketing experience, particularly in home health / hospice, is preferred.
• Sales Skills : Two years of sales experience, preferably in home health / hospice, desired.
• Licensing : Valid Virginia state driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Driving Record.
