We are searching for Temporary Customer Service Representatives to fill an urgent need.
These representatives will be part of a team to support emergency response for residents impacted by a natural disaster. Must be able to start immediately.
These positions are fulfilling as you support those US residents when they are at their time of need.
$22.13 / hr. (Base wage of $17.20 / hour + $4.93 fringe payment) *fringe is paid on the first 40 hours of work. Overtime hours will be based on the $17.20 pay scale.
This position will be located in one of the following iQor Call Centers :
Charlotte, NC
Houston, TX
Fort Lauderdale, FL
Allentown, PA
Pueblo, CO
Position Details and Responsibilities :
- 30 day to 4 month contract
- Flexible schedule availability between the hours of 7am-12am eastern; some overnight shifts may be available
- Assist callers with available services that can support their situation
- Respond with empathy, patience, and understanding
Experience and Requirements
- At least 6 months customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Computer skills and experience
- Excellent communication skills
- US citizenship required; this is a government assignment
WAH Requirements
- Candidate must reside in one of the following states : AL, AZ, FL, GA, IN, KS, MD, MI, MO, MS, NC, NV, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, VA, WV
- Environment : Quiet, secure, and distraction free for the duration of working hours. Child care is a must as children are not permitted in the same working space as the employee.

- Mobile Phone required
- Internet : Wireless not permitted, must have wired connection.
- No satellite or mobile internet providers supported
- Internet Speeds : Minimum 25 MBPS download / 10 MBPS upload
- Connection : Direct connection from modem to PC required
