$25 - $28 per hour
Responsibilities :
- Develop engaging and suitable crochet lesson plans tailored for youth participant
- Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes creativity and skill enhancement
- Offer personalized assistance and encouragement to students to support them in reaching their crochet project objectives
- Ensure a safe and well-organized crochet workspace, with all materials easily accessible for students
- Collaborate with LTYC staff to assess and enhance the crochet program curriculum based on student advancement and feedback
Qualifications :
- At least 2 years of experience teaching crochet to individuals or groups
- Proficient in a variety of crochet techniques and patterns
- Excellent interpersonal communication abilities
- Demonstrated capability in planning and conducting engaging crochet lessons
- Skills in US Work Authorization, Lesson Planning, and Classroom Management
