Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive total rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members' financial, physical, and mental well-being. WE LOVE OUR WORK.

• Performs functions to manage the Cage department on assigned shift.
• Exercises good judgment in reviewing internal audit findings and implements corrective action within the limits of established policies.
• This position is responsible for providing a high level of guest service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and team members.
• Develops departmental procedures and policies to ensure compliance with internal controls and gaming regulations.
• Investigates shortages and errors; recommends and implements corrective action to protect company assets.
• Analyzes guest counts and trends to determine necessary staffing levels.
• Ensures all departmental staff is trained on policies, procedures, and methods.
• Responds to guest complaints or problems and ensures corrective action is taken to prevent reoccurrence in the future.
• Other duties as assigned.

STARTING SALARY

$55,000 annually
