Our solutions are tailored to perfectly meet the needs of our clients.

Be the primary contact with our existing clients and build long-term relationships. If you are a compassionate, driven and motivated individual, this job is for YOU! You will get to know the clients and guide them through their hair loss journey.

This is more than a sales position. You’ll have the ability to truly make a difference in someone’s life and help our clients put hair loss in their control to regain their confidence.

Qualifications

  • Must have at least one (1) year previous sales experience
  • Creates and builds long-term relationships to improve member retention, growth and recurring revenue through conversions, upselling and relationships Member Experience
  • Hyper-focused on exceptional member experience with a strong level of service commitment.
  • Action Oriented : Work independently and self-motivated. Able to find solutions vs. reporting problems. Able to work under time constraints and pressure
  • Demonstrates Self-Awareness : Maintains a professional image and manages personal brand effectively
  • Bilingual (Spanish / English) a plus but not a requirement.
