Position : Registered Nurse
Location : Glasgow, KY 42141
Duration : 1 year (possible extension)
Pay : $44 / hr
Shifts Available : (5*8s / 3*13s with alternate weekend work)
3pm - 11 pm, 3 pm - 4 am, 6 pm - 7 am, 11 pm - 7 am
Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Glasgow, KY. As an RN, you will provide comprehensive care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being through high-quality nursing services.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with flexible shifts and alternate weekend work.
Responsibilities :
Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, treatments, and assessments.
Monitor and record patient health information, reporting changes in condition to physicians and the nursing team.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on the specific needs of each resident.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the best possible care for residents.
Ensure compliance with all facility policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation of nursing interventions and resident care in the electronic health record system.
Qualifications :
Must have an active Registered nurse License in Kentucky
Previous experience in long-term care or geriatrics preferred.
Must have at least 6-months if experience
Must have an active BLS / CPR or be able to obtain one post-offer
