Job Overview :
Edina Plastic Surgery & Skin Artisans is seeking a passionate and experienced Practice Manager to lead our Minnetonka location.
This individual will focus on fostering a positive culture, developing and nurturing talent, and supporting both our providers and staff while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities :
- Cultivate and maintain a positive, inclusive culture that aligns with our guiding principles.
- Lead, mentor, and develop staff to maximize their potential and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow across all teams.
- Drive revenue growth and manage expenses to optimize financial performance.
- Collaborate with medical providers to support business development and clinical excellence.
- Develop and implement business strategies to expand the medspa's patient base and service offerings.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
- Foster a strong relationship with patients by providing an exceptional patient experience from consultation to treatment.

Qualifications :
- 5+ years of leadership experience in medspa or related healthcare field, ideally within plastic surgery.

- Passionate about patient care and committed to transforming patients’ confidence.
