Overview : Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a driven and collaborative Food Service Program Manager to oversee dining and nutritional services at a healthcare facility.

Responsibilities :
- Manage the food service program to ensure quality standards, inventory levels, and food safety guidelines are met
- Maintain records of income, expenditures, and supplies
- Train and in-service staff to meet company standards and perform essential job functions as necessary
- Communicate directives and ensure safety and quality guidelines are met
Qualifications :
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to follow instructions
- Associate's degree or higher in food service management or hospitality preferred
- Specialized training in foodservice management and nutrition required
- Two years of experience in quantity food production / service and personnel supervision desired
- Basic computer skills and ability to maintain records
- Must be able to lift / carry a maximum of 50 pounds and perform routine tasks continuously
