Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain collaborative relationships with clients and internal teamsManage a portfolio of clients, prospect for new clients, and deepen existing relationshipsProvide comprehensive financial advice and customized banking solutions to business clientsRequired Qualifications and EducationBachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, or equivalent work experienceEight to fifteen years of experience in business banking relationship management or related business lending experienceStrong knowledge of mortgage credit underwriting and mortgage bankingProficiency with Salesforce or other CRM platformsMust be a US Citizen and able to submit for a detailed background investigation for a security clearance
